Please follow these steps to setup your E-mail in your Outlook:

Step1: Tools -> Accounts
Step2: Add
Step3: Select E-mail Account
Step4: Type your name in this field
Step5: Type your E-mail address
Step6: Select POP3 or IMAP server, type "mail.gracetech.com.hk" in both fields. Tick the box "Outgoing server requires authentication"
POP3: Email is available when you are offline.
Email is not stored on the server, just keep in server until you launch outlook.
Your storage usage on the server is less.
IMAP: Email is available from any machine you happen to use.
Email is stored on the server.
Your storage usage on the server is more.
Your email would not be destroyed if your computer happen to crash, be stolen, or destroyed.
You can check your mail from other computer.
You can also access IMAP mail via our webmail website.

Step7: type your username and password
Step8: Finish
Step9: Close this window and you may now download your E-mail
